The organization has saved over 10 million hatchlings through its Billion Baby Turtles program, funded 60+ projects in 25 countries, and generated $1 million for conservation and communities. Its campaigns reduce plastic waste, curb demand for turtleshell products, and empower young researchers through scholarships. The annual Sea Turtle Week unites conservationists globally to raise awareness and inspire action.
The Marine Megafauna Foundation
The MMF is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting ocean giants like manta rays and whale sharks. Through research, education, and conservation, MMF addresses threats like overfishing, habitat loss, and climate change.

Beneath The Waves
is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting and researching the world’s oceans. The organization focuses on preserving marine habitats through innovative research on sharks, coral reefs, and ocean ecosystems.
Among their most notable achievements are tracking over 500 sharks to support global conservation efforts, protecting more than 1.5 million acres of critical marine habitats, and publishing over 100 scientific studies that advance knowledge on ocean health and biodiversity.
Sea Sheperd
Sea Shepherd is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting and defending the world’s oceans. Through direct action, Sea Shepherd combats illegal fishing, protects endangered species like sharks, dolphins, and whales, and preserves fragile marine ecosystems.
Their achievements include exposing over 500 illegal fishing vessels, safeguarding more than 1.5 million acres of critical ocean habitats, and conducting scientific missions on microplastics, coral reefs, and the impacts of aquaculture on ocean health.
